CIS develops and manages hospital based outpatient IV infusion and medical oncology programs nationwide. Since our company’s inception, our mission has been making life-saving IV infusion and oncology therapy accessible to underserved patients across rural America with partner hospitals.
The Clinical Nurse Director will ensure the development and training of the case management department. They will also develop metrics and benchmarks to ensure growth and continued quality improvement of existing operations. This role will serve as a subject matter expert when needed to support new business initiatives to include, the expansion of outpatient IV infusion and oncology services to treat both chronic and acute illnesses. The Clinical Nurse Manager will also interface with clients to provide program updates and address client issues.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Implements and ensures that processes are in place to monitor quality and program compliance.
Strategic planning and execution of educational in-services with customers that include NPs, PAs, Pharmacists, Physicians, and hospital leadership.
Coaches, counsels and sets goals for direct reports.
Provides day-to-day instructions to team members on job responsibilities.
Participates in the hiring and termination process; identifies staffing needs and works with Human Resources to recruit appropriate staffing.
Engages in both client and executive company meetings.
Translates and oversees organizational strategies for assigned goals; analyzes progress of tactical issues.
Maintains positive rapport with internal and external clients
Experience and Educational Requirements
Must possess a current license issued by a state or states or jurisdiction(s) within the United States and be unrestricted in any state.
ONC Certification preferred.
5 years of clinical experience with oncology, behavioral health, to include 3 years of progressive leadership experience
