Northern New England’s only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Director of Nursing with 7 to 10 years of managerial experience and a demonstrated record of accomplishment in roles with increasing responsibility managing people and operations. Norris Cotton Cancer Center (NCCC) is NCI-designated and employs a renowned team of providers, researchers, nurses and allied health professionals. At NCCC, our goal is to improve patient outcomes and create a network of support that provides for exceptional patient care complimented by nurse navigators, nutritional support, emotional/psychosocial support and financial services. We treat the entire patient with the most profound level of compassion, safety and clinical expertise.
As part of the leadership team, the Director of Nursing at NCCC is a role that requires commitment, compassion and the ability to execute the strategic vision. The ideal candidate will be on a career path in cancer care operations with expertise in the areas of operations, management of teams, communication skills, and the professional development, cross training and engagement of clinical and support staff.
