Clinical Nurse - Nephrology
Position SummaryOur fast growing Nephrology unit is hiring a full time clinical nurse to provide phone triage to our patients, and work with a team of up to 10 physicians. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking skills, a demonstrated ability to work independently, and provide exceptional patient care. In this role, you will be primarily working behind the scenes in answering inbound calls from patients, their families and communicating the lab and imaging results. The incumbent will also be providing education, and clinical guidance to patients/families/caregivers for conditions that affect the kidney function.
